Basic Criteria
Contact Options
Do Not Append Names: When users choose the Do Not Append Names option, they do not want the residences names on their list.
Append Names: Users would choose the “Append Names” option when they want to include names in their list. Under the Append Names option is two choices; to append names where available or to append Named Addresses Only.
Append onto Data File
Latitude & Longitude: Choosing the Latitude & Longitude option allows users to view the Latitude and Longitude of addresses in their exported list.
Census Data: Users can choose to include census data in export. The census data is derived from census tract and group block information.
Move-In Date (mm/dd/yyyy): Users can select this option to include the Move-In Date in their exported list.
Telephone Number: Users can select this option to append the telephone number for each record returned to the data file.
Salutations
Residential: This option allows the user to include a salutation for their mailings.
Move-In Date Options: The Move-In Date Options section allows users to input a date range to target their list.
Address Source Options
Postal Source Only:Users can choose to include Postal Source Only information which only selects newly built homes.
Exclude Subscriber Source Only:Users can choose to exclude Subscriber Sourced addresses.
Other Options
Keycode: Users can assign key codes to orders which allow them to combine more than one list in the same order. This option can make payment of lists more convenient.
Run Stop: The Run Stop option is used to set a maximum amount of records extracted to the data file. Unlike the Feather option where users can choose which routes to remove from their list, this option will output just the amount of addresses specified. Anything after that amount on the list will not be included in the data file.
