Person Gender: This option is based on the gender of the record name. Users can narrow their search to males, females, or records with the gender unknown. The Unknown/Blank option is for records that do not have any information available for the gender. This option is individual household based, not carrier route and may affect postage.
Person Family Relationship: This option is used when the user wants to target the mailing to the Head of Household at a residence. This is individual household based, not carrier route and may affect postage.
Median Education: This option allows the user to target their mailing based on the level of education for the median value of the carrier route.
Median African American: This option allows the user to target their mailing based on the modeled percentage of African American’s for the median value of the carrier route. This would be used if the mailing is targeting areas of small or large percentages of African American’s.
Median Asian: This option allows the user to target their mailing based on the modeled percentage of Asian’s for the median value of the carrier route. This would be used if the mailing is targeting areas of small or large percentages of Asian’s.
Median Hispanic: This option allows the user to target their mailing based on the modeled percentage of Hispanic’s for the median value of the carrier route. This would be used if the mailing is targeting areas of small or large percentages of Hispanic’s.
