Floor: The Floor section allows users to target their list to the type of floor construction (e.g. Concrete, Plywood, etc.). More than one selection can be made in this section.
Total Rooms: The Total Rooms section allows users to target their list to the total number of rooms contained in the primary building. More than one selection can be made in this section.
Basement Finish: The Basement Finish section allows users to target their list to the type of basement found in the building (e.g. Finished, Half, Crawl, etc.). More than one selection can be made in this section.
Fireplace Present: This field is populated with a “Y” if a fireplace is located within the building. This section allows users to target records with a fireplace present.
# of Fireplaces: This field represents the number of fireplace openings located within the building.
Fireplace Type: The Fireplace Type section allows users to target their list to the type of fireplace (e.g. 2 Store/3 Openings, 2 Store Brick, etc.). More than one selection can be made in this section.
